Pump Parts Direct Refunds & Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initially please e mail us at sales@pumppartsdirect.com quoting your order date, invoice number and the reason for return.
You will be responsible for returning the order/items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of the item will be processed less a 15% handling charge, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

We won't refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
If you are outside the UK and paid via Bank Transfer, a £50.00 international banking fee will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and take no liability for lost/missing items in the returns system.

(In the case of faulty or damaged Items or an error on our part, we will arrange return shipping directly - please ensure you have made contact with us first)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please e mail us at sales@pumppartsdirect.com.

Faulty Items / Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged or sent by us in error.
If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at sales@pumppartsdirect.com stating the issue, then return your item to: Pump Parts Direct, European Business Centre, 6 Thornes Office Park, Monckton Road, Wakefield, WF2 7AN, United Kingdom.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective.

In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
